i dreamt I saw you walking
up a hillside in the snow
casting shadows on the winter sky
as you stood there counting crows
one for sorrow, two for joy,
three for girls, and four for boys,
five for silver, six for gold, and
seven for a secret never to be told

there's a bird that nests inside you
sleeping underneath your skin
when you open up your wings to speak
i wish you'd let me in

"My baby . . . she's some kinda wonderful"

so i get this text at 10:11am that wakes me with a smile. =) Red is in Boston on vacation and she was thinking 'bout little old me!
well, my move is complete and now i start sorting through everything and setting up my new home. i spent a good part of today changing all my addresses in all my online bills and accounts and ordering my new checks. i'm tired. it's still raining - i think it's been about a month straight or maybe longer. it's truly wonderful but i have to admit it was a pain to move in.
i'm tired and bruised and i feel beat but last nigt was great - my friend, Dan, came up from Temple and took me to Spamalot! we had dinner at the theatre and it the play was awesome. i highly recommend it to anyone who loves Monty Python. i beseech you to go and find your Grail!*
all in all, it was a hell of a month that passed in a flash mostly because of exhaustion and lack of sleep; it all kinda ran together a bit . . . but now it's over and the new month is here! i'm excited. i'm 20 minutes from work. i'm running out the door to pay my rent!
catch ya later, kids! =)
* note: if your Grail is a Broadway musical you will need Jews. you will not make it on Broadway if you don't have any Jews.
