well, there just isn't a lot to say today, but if i let a day slip by with out an update . . . i may never come back! i finally gave up on my baby sis ever updating again. She is too busy being a sorority-girl, cheerleader, keeping her grades up and 'stuff'.
i went to my parents to chill and have dinner last night. Mom's back from Idaho and she didn't want to mess with anything so she ordered pizza. They got the order wrong so one pizza was covered in mushrooms and OLIVES. Roni and Mom were in olive heaven, but Dad and i were just, like, "eeeewwwwwwwwww!"
Then, while Dad was flying and mom went shopping, Roni and i actually cuddled up and watched One Fine Day. It was a pretty good movie, i was amused by some of the things most movies miss about the life of a single parent. Especially the fear and desperation that are always just under the surface. "BALLS in my FACE!" There were a lot of laughs and they didn't go with the cheap ones.
Kat Man finished the color-themed CD we had been discussing for so long and it is a work of art as compilation burns go! There is the "Green Acres" theme song to the tune of "Purple Haze" . . . oh, just wow! And The Holleys, Beatles, Willie, Prince, Zeppelin, Stevie Ray Vaughn (?), Bowie, a really great punk remake of "99 Red Balloons", and a lot of other stuff that kicks ass, but since i don't have a track listing yet . . . i just listen to it and smile.
OK, after crushing is hopes of being an effective stalker, i have to cheer up a friend, so here is a list of his best traits. He is intelligent, funny, charming, attractive, smart, attentive, easy-going, thoughtful, a great flirt, a music whore like me, a dedicated friend, open, fascinating, comfortable to be around, a great conversationalist, sensitive, hugs really well, listens to a girl, and REMEMBERS the important stuff! He also happens to be married. (Sorry, ladies!) He is a darling! Feel better, now, hon?
