Ok, you people; don't think i can't tell you didn't sing along out there! Your assignment for tonight is to find and watch Rock and Roll Highschool, and NO EXCUSES!

Just kidding . . . i don't have a working VCR right now as O.Penguin looked at mine and declared it totally dead. So i couldn't even do that myself. i would cry over the VCR, but the timing of it'd demise is just too comical. Russ leaves and gives me 4-5 BOXES full of movies and then i am all disgruntled in general at life and the people in it so i threaten to stop going out or speaking to anyone and just sit at home, living vicariously through movies for the next 6 months or until the movies run out when my VCR dies a TRIPLE death! Not one, but THREE components died, fried and locked up!

This is the fallout of the whole VCR drama ~ since i live on the first floor of an apartment complex and i DON'T have cable i get really shitty reception. i have routed the systems every way imaginable and i found the only way to get a clear picture is to hook the rabbit ears to the VCR to the TV (the stereo will only hook up through the VRC, too). Then, i have to turn on the TV to the correct channel, put a tape in the VCR, play, stop, and choose the same channel on the VCR, THEN i play with the rabbit ears. Sounds like a total pain in the ass, right? Well, we try really hard to catch 2 shows and the are on the same channel, same night, one after the other and it's usually at my Mom's that we watch it, anyways. If we turned on the TV it was usually for the 8 hours of Scooby-Doo we have on tape or a Disney movie.

I had a grand total of 5 movies on tape that are my own and NOT Disney ~ Being John Malkovitch, The Last of the Mohicans, Mary Reiley, The Princess Bride, and Willow. All but one are taped off cable for me by Darth Mom. Now i have and entire bookcase, two cubes and a box full of movies and no way to watch them all!

i think i may be Crackbaby's half sister through Murphy. Or maybe just a cousin. i have had one shining moment of perfection and a lifetime to screw that up ~ nothing else has gone the way it should. Its become funny since there is no further use for tears ~ my face is clean enough now, thank you. ; )

Yikes! This day has flown by like the nudist who sat on wasps' nest! i am out `til tomorrow! Giggles to you all! And SIGN THE DAMNED BOARD ONCE IN A WHILE! Sheesh!
