Well, i almost cried last night when i was almost finished with my entry and it was totally eaten my the internet monster!
We have Internet on two computers now as my darling man has worked night and day for the whole weekend to make it so. We bought a nice new 17" monitor so i could see, a scrolling mouse so i could be happy, and the coolest keyboard in the whole freaking world. She is made of this soft rubbery stuff that you can dump stuff on and clean off, she�s a light clear blue and flat ~ you can roll her up in your hands! She is also silent and soft and i am in love with her! i want to have her babies, but i'll settle for typing all MY babies on her and we will share the credit ~ i'll even take her on tour with me when i'm famous and doing book tours. She will sit beside me at a separate table and do interviews on what its like to work with me and how we met, what the courtship was like, do i get frustrated and hit her, what do i surf the net for and do i type with one hand . . . maybe she'll even type her OWN story but i swear i'll get the royalties! i am just glad i have a working computer that i can really USE for something now and it's got access to his computer and the 'net so he and i can chat with each other as we sit three feet apart!
Oh, yeah, i got my hair cut and it's blonde.
We have a pet rat now! Her name is Elinore Frisby and she likes Cheerios. Right now she is playing with some packing paper on the computer desk and snacking on an occasional 'O'. i really think she may be allergic to the wood chip bedding so i am brushing up on rat care thanks to the wonderful Olivia who just happens to be a great friend of mine. Elli is a light creamy buff color with a medium ash brown hooded cape that thins to spots as it trails down to her tail. She is about 2 years old and was given to us by my former manager, Cindy. Her son had originally purchased Elli as Snake food but the snake decided not to eat rats anymore and she has been with them since. she was brought to us in a 1' square cage but that only lasted the first night and i bought her a 20 gallon aquarium to play in since she was used to that already. i are looking at some other additions, too but i'll see how she settles in.
Other than that, Roni loves her new bed and Myste is pregnant. Yeah, i was shocked when she called to tell me this morning. i wonder how Roni feels about that. She didn't want me to get married because, as she said then, i'd move away and leave her (?????) and/or have another kid and it was hard enough to handle one sibling, she'd said, she was not sure if she could handle two. Oh, well, we'll see . . .
