so as it turns out, what we do with a 20 year old is hang out, goof off, talk, watch movies, play online and snuggle.
this is great with me because i value his friendship. friends are rare and hard-won gifts. sex is plentiful and lying about on the ground under the tree, over ripe & rotting.
i have Shaun of the Dead!!!! i love this movie! :) we also picked up Corpse Bride and Charlie & the Chocolate Factory with Depp. having read the book before seeing the Gene Wilder movie, i was disappointed in his jolly and airheaded joyful Willy Wonka. it was a great movie, don't flame me, ok? i just liked the book better - then came the new Willy!!!! Depp captured the demented charm of the chocolatier genius with his wildly stern father and oddly tortured past. He delivered an inspired and fanatically exact realization of Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka. i love this movie, it brings me glee!
i think i'm gonna hit the hay now, it's been a long week and i ran around in the sun for about an hour today at work, dodging water balloons at the big water fight and trying to keep my camera dry. a great time was had by all but it was hot and exhausting, too.
